28 Year Old Professional Looking for Room

Hi,

I’m Calem, a 28 year old professional, studying to finish qualification as a patent attorney (hit me up if you have any inventions in the pipeline). I currently work part-time to support the legal studies, so spend a good amount of time either out or with my head in a book - so the risk of a Project X situation is slim.

In my free time, I’m a lover of cricket in the summer and football in the winter (and occasionally golf when the sun shines). Indoors, I enjoy (badly) playing guitar, lightrooming my photos into the shots I wish I’d taken, and letting my Sonos send me into a Ken Yates stupor. I renounced drinking a few years ago but still nobly answer the call for nights out.

While putty in quite literally any dog’s paws, I don’t have my own. Landlords, it seems, can be immune to that warm fuzzy feeling…

I’m looking for a room with (or at least with space for) a reading chair and a desk, plus room to move around without feeling like Bob Parr in his office. My budget is £800 pm, but this can stretch if bills are included.
