Hello! 😊

I’m Sarah. I'm a friendly, respectful, and creative 37 year old woman looking for a welcoming new place to call home. I’m neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ friendly, and come with two lovely animal companions: Larry the gentle tabby cat and Kala, a sweet-natured 2 year old dog

A bit about me:
✨ I’m a former chef and patisserie artist - I love to cook and often whip up extra to share!
✨ I’m clean, responsible, and always respectful of shared spaces.
✨ I know the value of communication and mutual respect in a home. I’m happy to both give and receive suggestions without taking things personally - it’s all part of living well together.
✨ I’m currently signed off work due to chronic health conditions, but I’m fully able to cover rent and bills with benefits (PIP + Universal Credit). I can also provide references from my most recent time as a council tenant.
✨ I’m creative, upbeat, and keep myself busy with photography, admin work, and DIY/art projects from home.
✨ I value both connection and space - happy to hang out and have chats, socialise or have meals together, but also very respectful of personal downtime.

Larry the cat is five, toilet-trained, and a total nap king! Kala is a medium-sized young dog, just turned 2 years old. She is very friendly and used to living with a cat - she may be bark initially when meeting strangers but soon warms to people I only ask that future housemates are 100% okay/happy with living with animals and understand that my life-style is sedentary as I manage health conditions that keep from full time employment at present.

I’m looking for:

📍I grew up in Hove and am so eager to move back to the area I love ans miss so very much
