SEEKING double room Zone 1-2 from Feb/March

Hey there!

I'm Athina, a 30-year-old from Australia, working full-time at a university in London (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH).

I’m on the hunt for a double room since my current flat has sold, which I need to vacate by March 1.

I can provide proof of income and references :) Open to buddy up's too. Looking for somewhere long-term, ideally to settle in for >1 year.

About me:
I love a good chit chat with flatmates and hitting up pub quizzes together. Past flatmates & I have become good friends and still keep in touch, so I'm looking for a social house that can feel like a home.

I am clean, respectful and appreciate my downtime, alongside respecting everyone else's space too. I love to host summer BBQs (hence the iconic Aussie fairy bread platter), and heading out exploring new food spots in London. In my free time I enjoy Parkruns, HIIT classes, a boogie on a sticky dancefloor, reading and watercolour painting. I do also love to cook and am a sucker for trying trendy recipes (the Thomas Keller scored courgette recipe is next level delish!).

Looking for:
* A double room with enough space for a desk (WFH-friendly).
* Somewhere in zone 1-2, close to an underground station (sorry, not solely overground/national rail).
* Ideally sharing with flatmates in their mid 20 to 30s
* Ideally no live-in landlords
* A pet-free place

Hoping to move in between late February to March, although I'm flexible for the right place.
