28 y/o looking for buddy up or room

Hey! I'm Ben, a 28 year old working professional looking for a double room in a sociable but laid-back house/flat share. I'm flexible on location but would prefer no more than a 60 minute commute to work, lower would obviously be better! I work for a small financial planning firm near Chancery Lane and I'm in the office 3 days a week and WFH the other 2, so I'd need space for a desk in my room.

My current lease ends on the 9th February so would be looking to have a place by the end of January, and I'm prepared to pay double rent for a short while as that's just how things work. My budget is around £1,200 pcm excluding bills.

I'm a friendly, chilled, and tidy person, love cooking & travelling and am always up for a pint. Want to enjoy socialising with the house/flat over drinks/dinner/games so looking for somewhere with a living room.

Really love trying new things and exploring all London has to offer - I've been in London for about 2 1/2 years and there's so many place still to try!
