Looking for flatmate to move into Media City

29 Year old Project Manager working in Tech from East Yorkshire. I've lived in Manchester for the last 2 and a half years and I've just moved into a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment in Media City.

Clean, Tidy and Active lad who likes to go to the gym and play football. Would prefer to live with someone with similar interests who is up for socialising as well as living together.

Looking for someone to take the 2nd bedroom at £625 pcm plus bills. Parking is available at £80 - £100 pcm extra.

I work from home 4 days a week and go into the office in the city centre every Thursday.
