Friendly, Hard Worker, Pet lover, Back to Brighton

Hi there!!

I am 24, currently lodging in a situation that feels rather uncomfortable and I’m looking to find somewhere more stable and safe as soon as possible!

I appreciate you taking the time to hear out my position and I am always happy for a call to discuss anything further! :)

I have got so much passion for my chef work, my music, my sleep 😅 and most importantly my pets, (although my cat is now back at home with my mother!) however, I am completely flexible and understanding so it’s always best to talk over the phone or in person to get a grasp together if something feels possible and right first!

I can provide multiple positive references for renting and employment!

My situation:
I’m in a unique (for me personally) situation as of right now… 😅
In the last week I moved out of London, where I was previously paying £1,750 a month and working full time, however, due to bereavement circumstances I felt it best to move back into Brighton to be closer to my friends, family and partner.
I found and viewed a lodging situation in Falmer of which I thought would be a great opportunity to try while finding work again in Brighton, everything seemed good from initial viewings but after spending more time here I’ve noticed many non-working amenities and it has arisen many red flags with the landlords responses to my requests.

I am very blessed to have a very supportive mother - mentally & financially - who is happy to support me with any upfront deposits, holding fees, or first months rent for now, solely so I can get into a better position and out of this uneasy living arrangement and I have also got my old job in Brighton who are willing to take me back as my old position which was “Senior Pizzaiola & Chef” earning roughly £25,000 if I need in worst case but I am currently unemployed as I have only this week moved.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have never not got on with someone!! Although to have many values I deem important to my character 🇵🇸❤️🐈 but I also enjoy a educational or enlightening conversation always 😇
