Professional female seeks top floor room

I’m looking for a spacious, quiet, clean top floor/loft room to call home, ideally with good storage space and an en-suite. I’m open to lodger offers, and happy to share communal areas like the kitchen. (I previously lived on the top floor of a family home for 4 years; a great experience that I’d like to repeat.)

About Me:
• Professional female working as a Bid Manager. I’m in the office most days, with 1–2 days working from home.
• Quiet, clean, tidy, independent and respectful.
• Friendly and get on well with pets.
• I keep myself fit, so proximity to a gym would be a bonus.
• Travel to France twice a year to see family and trek in the Alps.

Budget:
I’m realistic and happy to pay a fair, reasonable price for the right place. No agencies please.

Location:
Open to multiple areas, within 30/40 minutes to Waterloo station or the West End.

I’m looking for a peaceful and clean living environment with reliable Wi-Fi.
