Looking for en-suite room (mid Aug to Dec end)

I am a 33 year old single woman and work as a full time researcher in Brighton. I am looking for an en-suite room in a nice apartment/home in 'Brighton & Hove'. I love socialising, and prefer quiet spaces to allow me to work from home. I am into yoga, spirituality, cooking, and politics which also makes me a compassionate person. In my free time, I'd like to go out for walks or have a nice engaging conversation. I also work from home and looking for a conducive place.
