20 year old student looking for a flatmate

I didn’t want to live with my best mates as spending 24 hours everyday of the week with them would potentially put friendships at risk and I prefer to meet new people anyway and live with somebody who is from a different social circle but has enough in common with me that we would get along and hangout. Ideally, I’m looking to move in with somebody who’s social and outgoing as well. I will probably be at uni most of the day and I usually go out on the weekends so you would have your own space. I am good with tidy common areas and I will respect your space
