I am a mature, respectful, and fully independent professional therapist looking for a long-term base in a quiet household starting 1st September 2026.

The Setup:
September 2026: I move in, get settled, and we get a perfect one-month "trial run" to see how we get along.
October 2026 – April 2027: I fly away for six months to travel and manage business interests abroad. During this entire winter block, I will pay a retainer rent just to secure the room for my belongings. You get guaranteed monthly income with an entirely empty house!
April 2027 Onwards: I return for the summer months.
A Little About Me & The Perks:
The Ultimate "Ghost" Housemate: Because of my travel and work schedule, I am out of your hair for half the year, and low-maintenance when I am around.
Professional Perks: As a qualified massage therapist, I am very happy to offer a weekly professional massage to my live-in landlord to offset some of the rent when I am in residence—a great way to unwind at the end of the week!
House Trained: I entirely respect a quiet household, clean up after myself instantly, and love an independent, peaceful vibe.
What I’m Looking For:
A small, comfortable room.
A relaxed, clean, and respectful home environment (LGBTQ+ preferred, but absolutely not essential).
Budget: Up to £700/month (with a reduced retainer rate agreed for the winter months while I am abroad).
