Paralegal for buddy up / flat share

Hi, I’m 24 and work as a paralegal for the NHS. I usually work from home (Mon–Fri, 9–5), so I’m after a space where I can set up a desk and fit an electric piano too. Ideally looking to join or set up a flat share (not a lodger arrangement).

I am sociable, respectful and fairly organised. I’m happy doing my own thing, but also always down to hang out (doing something out of the house or not). I enjoy the occasional night out, but definitely not looking for a “party house”. I’d like to live somewhere friendly and relaxed where we all respect each other’s space. I have a car so off/on-street parking would be a bonus.

As I work from home, I tend to be out of the house after 5pm as i'd have been inside all day. I'm into my fitness and the gym, and I help run Worthing Rowing Club, so I’m often up early at weekends or away at regattas (especially in summer). I play piano and acoustic guitar. I enjoy eating out a lot, but when I cook it’s usually batch meal prep. I rarely drink, don't smoke or vape - but no issue if you vape. LGBTQ+ (only mentioning this as I know it is a dealbreaker for some)
