Room Desperately Needed

YES IM BRITISH YES IM BORN HERE NO I DONT NEED RIGHTS TO RENT COS I WAS BORN HERE!!!!!
now with that out the way
maybe i can find a landlord thats going to be decent and not ask millions of questions that quite frankly dont need to be asked i find it an invasion of privacy
all you ever need to know is
can i afford the rent?
thats it thats the only criteria
you shouldnt be discriminating against gender, age or job
and it shouldnt have taken me 6 years so far to find somewhere to live cos greed is now a selling point
im a working professional who works from home so internet is a must have
im in desperate need of accommodation
im quiet and tidy and generally get along with everyone
either looking for a room or house share
currently living with friends making the household overcrowded
references can be provided
rent can be paid via direct deposit or direct debit whichever is preferred
all i would eed from any landlord is an agreement written up and both rent and deposit can be secured in advance
