Friendly flatshare wanted in central(ish) location

Hey there, my names Shauna, I'm 35 yrs old and from Ireland. I have been living in Edinburgh for 2.5 years and due to my current landlord selling up, I'm looking for a new place with affordablecrent and dont mind a commute. I work as an office manager in Edinburgh. My job is 9-5 Mon-Fri and I cannot WFH. I am a very clean and considerate flat mate. I'm a non smoker; I enjoy being sociable and having a chat/drink in the evenings. I enjoy being out and about; either at a gym class or going for dinner/drinks after work. I go out most weekends. I am looking to share with either 1 or 2 people, ideally. The only thing I would ask for in a flat mate is that they are clean and considerate.
