Looking for room/ buddy

Hello,

I’m wanting a new start so looking to move out my flat in east and need a buddy up.

Ideally would prefer to west/north west and south areas

I am a clean, friendly, calm, easy going flat mate who enjoys socialising but also respects the need for down time.

In my spare time I’m open to most ideas! But mainly go out for food drinks, travel, nature and fitness.

I will be working most days during the week at my office with maybe 1 day from home per week. I do not smoke or have any pets.
