Hi, I’m Tom
I’m 22 and moving to Cardiff on the 1st of September to start a full-time job as an Applications Engineer (CAD designer). I’ll be working hybrid, mostly in the office, working from home just two days a week.

A little bit about me: I’m a jack of all trades, master of none. I love anything that gets me outdoors, like kitesurfing, climbing, hiking, or wild camping. I’m always pushing myself to try new things. I’m social and enjoy a good chat, especially over a beer or two, but I also appreciate a relaxed and respectful home environment.

What I’m looking for:

• A double room in a clean, friendly and respectful household, ideally with other professionals or mature postgrads
• Space to store my climbing and camping gear
• A car parking space or permit
• Budget: £700/month including bills
