I am a ex fitness teacher and gym manager who is also a qualified masseuse and nutritionist. I am also a ex nightclub & adult club assistance manager. Today, I am on Universal Credit with housing benefit. Who are supporting me in building my online digital educational and affiliate website business.

I am searching for:

Very large room with en-suite or large studio with a bath and overhead shower.

Alternatively
Large One or two-bedroom apartment, A bathtub that has an overhead shower is essential. Must have park off-road (not shared).

I can provide landlord reference.

I can also pay 3 months rent and deposit. However, it would help me if Zero Rent Deposit Guarantee program was accepted by the landlord. It would give landlord peace of mind covering 5 weeks deposit guaranteed. This would help me in my moving costs.
