Very large roomy studio or ensuite double room with a bath and overhead shower.
Alternatively
Large One or two-bedroom apartment,

A bathtub that has an overhead shower is essential.
It's essential to park off-road. (not shared)

I can give you landlord reference.

I can also pay 3 months rent and deposit.

Please no smoking, accommodation if the landlord accommodation satisfies my requirements, I'm willing to pay more. My monthly rent, including all bills, is between £850 to £1,100. For a large studio or apartment with off-street parking or a one or two bedrooms ground floor flat or bungalows. Perhaps no higher than the first floor. I am afraid of heights.
