Single working dad looking for double room

I’m 39, I'm a divorced man, full time employed dad of two teenage ladies, very tidy and pretty quiet, work 6-6 on a 4 on 4 off basis but work overtime regularly so hardly ever at home. I enjoy my own time and I’m a very private person, I drink socially and don’t smoke, I have family in Wakefield and south Leeds area and work on j41 estate. I cook, I clean and I’m generally pretty jolly, I can chat with pretty much anyone and I’m really laid back. I’ve lived in house shares before and I respect others and their space. Not bothered who I live with whether you’re gay, straight, man, woman or neither. As long as you’re tidy and we get on.
