Friendly, professional, non smoker seeking a room

Looking for a small house/flat share only.

Ideally an en suite, but I am ok to share a bathroom with another person if needs be...

Am sociable, but respect other peoples's privacy as well. But always up for a natter if in the communal spaces at the same time :).

My age may put some people off, but i am not that old! There must be some peeps that dont mind sharing with somebody over 40!!!...?

I am easy going, tidy and respectful. My own room might get a bit cluttered, but i know shared spaces need to be kept tidy !

I dont mind pets, unless they have eight legs!! Not to say anyone on here owns a tarantula :) But thats a no no for me!
