Apartment or House

So I'm a music manager and I've been living in Manchester for the last 10 years. My artist has moved up to the Hemel Hempstead area, and I would like to follow since the commute from Manchester is getting a bit too much. I go to the gym every morning from around 10/11am, and then I'll be working up until 9 pm from Tuesday to Sunday! Monday is my only real day off, and I work all over the place so I won't be in much apart from sleep. I'm very spiritual and peaceful by nature, but I am also outgoing and easy to get along with. I am totally comfortable with your price and my budget can stretch if necessary. Ask me anything and I'm also free to meet for a coffee if that makes you more comfortable. I get a guaranteed salary of 4k per month but thats a minimum. I don't really have any expectations for people visiting, however please let me know if that's a problem
