I'm a working professional with my own business, looking for a new room to rent in South West London. I'm currently living in Clapham North, opposite the Railway pub, but my landlord is selling the property, and I have to move out. I'm hoping to find a new place to call home with friendly, like-minded people as close to where I currently live already.

Best date that would work for me is the 30th April or before.

I'm looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to live in a friendly and respectful environment. Ideally, I'm looking for a double room in a flat or house with 1-2 other flatmates. I'm open to different types of accommodation, but I would prefer a furnished room and access to a communal living area and kitchen.

As a flatmate, you can expect me to be sociable and easy-going, but also respectful of your space and privacy. I'm a tidy and organized person and always clean up after myself. In my free time, I enjoy building my Paintball business, going to the gym, and exploring the city with friends.
