Room/flat share in Edinburgh

I'm looking for a room or flat share in Edinburgh available from this May. I'm a 23 year old student currently studying a masters degree at Napier University, though I also work part time one day per week. I currently stay with a friend in Leith but he's planning to move out in June and while I could stay in my current flat, I'd like to move somewhere nicer as I've had a bunch of problems with this flat and it's very draughty. I like Leith a lot and I do recommend it, and honestly it would definitely be more convenient for me to move to another flat close but I'm also very open to moving elsewhere as long as it's somewhere that's ideally not too much further from the city centre (20-30mins by public transport) and that has good access to amenities such as a doctors surgery, supermarket, pharmacy etc.

I'm a super chill person, and while I admit I can be a bit of a procrastinator, I always take good care of myself and the accommodation I'm inhabiting - don't worry, I'm not a stinky or ultra messy person! I always respect common areas like living rooms and kitchens and like these to be clean. I'm not a big party-goer and I don't drink, my favourite things to do are photography, trainspotting, designing maps and diagrams on my computer, going out for dinner and getting out to explore new places. I also just love to hang out and chat with people, I'm both a good yapper and a good listener. If you vibe with any of these then we'll get on really well.

I've been living away from home for about 2 and a half years so far and stayed in Gorgie in west Edinburgh prior to moving to Leith so can provide prior landlord references and mostly know what I'm doing when it comes to the technical stuff involved with flats.
