37y/o Male Professional + Chilled Indoor Cat

My name is Kai, originally from Inverness and now moving back to Glasgow for a new role after 13 years in the music industry in London. I live with my partner, who travels internationally for work – she would occasionally visit me in Glasgow when not returning home.

I will be moving with our extremely well-behaved, senior indoor British Shorthair cat. He is a big softy and is very happy so long as he has cosy places to nap and lots of food! He would generally prefer to be the only cat in the house but I’m very happy to discuss flat/houseshares which are already home to indoor cats.

I'm seeking a double room in a clean, sensible flat or house-share in Glasgow. I enjoy being very independent but also actively contributing to a home that is relaxing, considerate and enjoyable for everyone to live in. In my spare time I write speculative fiction and have had a few short stories published in various anthologies, mostly in the USA. I also love music, reading, cooking and film. I like a good balance of socialising and time alone (which I generally use to write!).

In an ideal world I'd like to move in to a new room in the week beginning Monday 03 November. A shared living room/kitchen and a sense of space in the local area would be a plus. Ensuite or private bathroom would be a huge bonus.

You can expect me to be very considerate of your existing house-rules and general way of living. I like to leave things in the way I would expect to find them, and will always be communicative with you about shared flat expenses, bills etc.
