Looking for a room in a flat (open to buddy up)!

Thinking about moving closer to either Deansgate, Ancoats marina area or Oxford Road train station so that I’m able to get to work quicker :)

I'm a tidy, friendly, and outgoing roommate who's lived and shared flats and houses in 5 countries. It'd be great if you're also a young, sociable (!) professional in your late twenties/early thirties who isn't big on night outs anymore and would rather have chill evenings.

I work in marketing, and in my free time, I typically either go to the gym, catch up with friends over food, or travel.

(!) Super important - I'm looking for someone who prefers to be friends with their roommates and not just strangers cohabitating in the same space and rarely communicating. We'll likely get along if you prefer a similar dynamic. (Wouldn’t want to live with someone who wfh mostly either and would prefer someone who’s mostly in the office like myself).

Also, would prefer for the apartment to be anywhere starting from the 4th floor for outside noise reasons.
