Looking for a flatmate and a two-bed apartment

Hi. I am Atrayee. I work as a research associate at the University of Birmingham and am also doing a PhD. I plan on moving to a two-bed flat preferably in five ways or somewhere close to the city centre (700 pcm budget), starting 01/09/2024 and would prefer a female flatmate. I like to socialise but also enjoy my own time. I am looking for someone friendly who I can hang out with at times. Some of my interests include reading, cooking, exploring new restaurants/pubs, travelling and going for walks. I believe in sharing the cleaning responsibilities of common spaces and keeping the place neat and tidy.
