The short:
I'm looking for my next long-term friendly home. I'm a 31yr old professional, non-smoker, no pets. Very clean, calm and considerate.
The long:
Interests:
I love to explore and get fresh air on long scenic walks. I enjoy going to art exhibitions and other culture stuff, and discovering new restaurants too.
Work:
I am a manager in the Healthcare sector near Oxford Circus/Bond St, I'm hybrid so bedroom space to WFH is a must. You'll barely know when I'm WFH though
Flat:
I'm veggie but no deal breaker if the flat isn't, just so long as the kitchen is kept clean and tidy!
Ensuite preferable but don't mind sharing with one other
Would rather live with max 3 other professionals
Budget is max £1,350 if bill inclusive, less without of course
It would be nice to live with friendly, like-minded people who are up for the odd dinner/drink but not an all out party house.
Moving:
Landlord is selling up so having to move out, my current flatmate wants to live alone
