Looking for SW room (near tube) or buddy ups!

Hey all 👋,

I’m Dushan, a 28-year-old software engineer, working for a company that helps get people driving electric cars, doing a mix of WFH and going to the office (currently twice a week in office). I'm looking for a room with enough space for a desk and chair for when I work from home or to buddy up with others and go for a whole place. I'd love to be part of a social houseshare where we're friends as well as housemates.

I'm looking to move ideally sometime around October but I'm very flexible on dates so can move whenever. I'm currently based in Uxbridge but looking to move back to SW London (Ideally near Clapham, Balham or the northern half of Tooting Bec) as I loved the area when I lived there before. My budget is around £1500 with bills but I can potentially be flexible with this for the right place.

If you’re curious as to what I can bring to the table as a housemate then have a read of the below:

- Friendly and sociable so I’ll usually be down for a spontaneous pub trip or a catch-up
- I've got enough to myself occupied with during the week so won't be sat at home all the time e. g. I play dodgeball weekly in a social league in Clapham and I have a good group of friends in London
- I'm a half decent baker - brownies are my go to 🍰
- Respectful of privacy so will give you space when you need it and would hope for the same too
- I’ll pull my weight when it comes to keeping the shared spaces in the house clean and tidy🧽
- Relaxed and laid back
- Own a few board games I can bring with me🎲
- Have Netflix/Prime/Disney+/Now TV (sky sports and entertainment)/TNT (Discovery/BT) Sports accounts and can set these up on a shared house TV 📺
- Have a membership to a gym with a pool & sauna and will occasionally be able to offer up a guest pass if interested (you'll have priority as a housemate)
- Have a PS5 which I'd be happy to set up on a shared TV
- LGBTQ+ Friendly 🏳️‍🌈
- My family has a cute dog called Kiki that you could potentially meet if you like dogs
