Looking for a room ASAP

Hello, my name is Martina and I'm 51. My daughter (25) and I are looking for a room or a studio. We quite, responsible, hardworking people. We both have jobs and are mostly gone during the day. We respect other people's privacy and we will kindly expect that from my flatmate as well. We have all our finances in check, rent will be always paid on time!
