Room wanted in Canterbury, near or in town

Hi - i'm a single male professional looking for an accommodation in Canterbury fairly close to the train station and am looking to live with professional people or students. I don't mind male or female or a mix. Tenants can expect a friendly and professional person to live with, very hygienic and who keeps noise to a minimum which is expected in return from late evenings.

The only request i have is that my room is not directly next to the bathroom due to night noise and non smokers preferred.

Any specific house rules can be discussed with me once arrangements to move in have been finalised. I can be ready to move in from the 9th February.
