UoE Professional looking for flatshare

I am 28 years old, a UoE graduate of MSc Applied Linguistics from Taiwan based in Edinburgh. I'm working for the University of Edinburgh as an administrator as well as for an Edinburgh-based tech startup. looking for shared flats close to Old Town ideally. Move-in date flexible. I am very easygoing and communicative. I am more of a quiet type but get talkative with people once I get close to them. I am a good listener and love to listen to stories. I like novels, stories, and films. I also enjoy reading about psychology and everything human as my Bachelor's was in (cultural) anthropology. I don't smoke. I don't usually drink but am up for social drinking once in a while. I like to make and try out different cuisine to share. I also love to go on hiking or walking on a regular basis. I used to surf a bit in Taiwan, hopefully I can resume it soon. I play the piano as a hobby. If you can manage Clair de Lune, let me know! I like to learn different sounds and words in different languages. I'd like to learn from you.

I respect others' boundaries and personal habits and hope you are the same. I prefer people who enjoy quietness during the night, don't smoke, and keep the shared area clean and tidy.
