Calm, friendly professional looking for flat

Hi, I’m David. I'm a healthcare worker living in Edinburgh. My current short-term lease finishes at the end of May, so I’m looking for somewhere new around late May/early June 2026. I can be flexible on move-in dates and rent for the right place, and I’d ideally like somewhere I can stay longer term.

I work a mix of day and night shifts, so I appreciate a calm and respectful home, but I’m definitely not anti-social. Outside of work I like having a good balance between being out and about and having quiet downtime at home. I’m clean, tidy and easy to live with. Very mindful of shared spaces and other people’s routines (especially with shift work in the mix). I’m ideally looking for a friendly, relaxed flat where people are open to getting to know each other, but also respect each other's space. Somewhere that feels homely.
