I am a friendly, down to earth guy looking to find a nice place to live.

I work as a vehicle technician and enjoy fixing cars. I also have a small business making websites.

Ideally looking for a single or double room with ensuite if possible.

I am a tidy person and like to keep my living area clean.

My budget is around £600pcm including all bills. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 25 and 40 years old.

No live-in landlords please.
