Looking for a room in social house from late July

Here’s a bit about me: I’m 23, from Spain but been in the UK for 5 years now and working at a medical consultancy in the city (wfh 2 days a week). I am pretty easygoing and social, love having a giggle and always up for trying new things / meeting new people so looking to live with social people who are up for doing the occasional dinner/movie/pub together but equally have their own stuff going on. I’m also a really tidy person and having a clean home is important to me. Some things I enjoy are: surfing, music, nature, art, rogue classpass classes, travelling, cooking and eating good food :)

- Zone 2 only (or Balham)
- Flatmates aged 22-27 year old max
- Max budget is £1200 with bills included
- Must have a living room
- No rooms in family houses/older live-in landlords
