Ideally, I would prefer to reside in a home where the landlord also lives but not a necessity . As a tidy professional male who appreciates nature, I take pleasure in activities such as going to the gym, socializing, and hiking trails. I am willing to contribute to the upkeep of the house and garden, and it would be fantastic to have access to off-street parking and an area for occasional working remotely. I do work from offices.
