Looking for a room or buddy up from end July

Hi!! I’m looking for a room or someone to buddy up with in Manchester!

📅 Looking to move in from around July 20th — August 1st latest
📍 Ideally Central Manchester — preferably around Deansgate / Spinningfields / Castlefield, but I’m open! I used to live in NQ/Ancoats and loved that area too.
🛁 Preferably an ensuite or exclusive-use bathroom
💻 WFH Mon–Fri, so I’ll need space for a desk in my room

A bit about me — I’m friendly, clean and respectful, and I like a home to feel cosy and comfortable rather than just somewhere to sleep. I enjoy my alone time, but I also love hanging out, cooking nice meals, pub quizzes, karaoke, nights out, and cosy nights in!

I’d also love to be friends with the people I live with if we click! And if not, I’m equally happy just living together peacefully ahah 😊

I’m quite house-proud, so keeping shared spaces tidy and respected is important to me. I’m also reliable with rent/bills/council tax payments and looking for people with the same mindset!
