Looking for room or buddy up.

Looking to see if I can find either a room in a house share or someone or a group to buddy up with. Ideally in Bury St. Edmund but happy to consider surrounding areas, such as Stowemarket etc.
Tired of renting a single bedroom or barely being able to afford a private studio. Would love to meet a person or multiple persons to be able to afford something decent together with. I'm very chatty and energetic and love socialising but also occasionally like my own space.
I have a 11 year old Savannah cat who is quite chatty. If she chooses you, expect regular licks.
Looking for someone respectful and who is happy to socialise occasionally as I enjoy cooking for others. I am not a clean freak but do enjoy a tidy space. My way around making sure the place stays tidy is a weekly cleaner for 1 hour to do communal areas.
That being said happy to sit and make a rota or write a agreed duties board to make sure the place stays functional.

Because of my cats breed she can be funny with other cats. She learnt to tolerate a big Norwegian Forest cat but she needs proper steady introduction and probably a more dominant cat to keep her in check. Flighty cats will trigger her hunt instinct. So if you have a pet cat, please consider this.
Other pets so far don't seem to interest her. I take her on walks to the lake and she even had a baby duck come up to her and she was completely unbothered.
She is also fine with dogs. In fact I suspect she thinks she is one.
