Hi! I’m looking for a comfortable room in a friendly 2-bedroom house share in the Leeds/Bradford area. Ideally, I’d love a place with a relaxed atmosphere, already furnished, and housemates who enjoy a clean, tidy home. I work full-time and appreciate a peaceful space to unwind after work, but I’m always up for chatting and watching tv/ hanging out together.

What I’m Looking For:

Double room with space for a working from home desk setup.

Close to Motorways would be ideal as I travel for work a fair amount.

A calm, respectful housemate who values a nice living environment but can also have a laugh.

I’m sociable, reliable, and easy-going. I’m clean, pay rent on time, and enjoy a balanced routine — I play padel about 3x times a week, have a balance of working from home and working out on filming days (im a videographer). Happy to join someone already in a 2-bed place or pair up to find one together.
