About us:
My husband works full-time as a Software Developer in Bank.
I work full-time as a Swimming Teacher in Clapham Common and Embassy Gardens.
We are clean, organised, quiet, and very respectful of shared spaces.
Non-smokers.
We can provide proof of income, references, and deposit upfront on the move-in date.
What we’re looking for:
A studio (furnished or unfurnished) up to £1,500 per month.
Preferably close to: Stockwell, Clapham North, Clapham Common, Balham, Tooting Bec, Tooting Broadway, Colliers Wood, or anywhere with fast access to the Northern line.
Open to private landlords or agencies.
