Hi, I’m Steve.

I’m a lawyer working for a fund management company in central London and I’m looking for a flat or house share, either with an owner or with other flatmates. I’m flexible on the type of property.

I’ve previously owned my own home, so I’m very respectful of where I live and keep things clean, tidy, and well looked after. I’m easy to live with and value a calm, comfortable home environment.

I work in the office five days a week and don’t work from home. I lead an active lifestyle — I enjoy cycling, walking, and getting out of London regularly, so I’m not around all the time.

I’m currently learning Spanish and enjoy travelling to Spain.

I’m friendly, considerate, and straightforward to get along with. I’m happy to be sociable from time to time, but I also really respect personal space and privacy.

During the week I tend to eat at work, so I won’t be using the kitchen much.
