Hey, I’m looking for a long term room to rent!

My budget is £650 but happy to go higher if i find the right match! I am happy to put down the deposit asap, I would need to give my current landlord a months notice to move out. I’m also happy to pay the rent upfront.
I am a friendly and laidback person. I’m a trainee dental nurse-hopefully qualifying in february! (22 turning 23 in december), so Monday to Friday I will be at work from 8am-6pm- after work I usually like to have my dinner and chill:)
I come with a little cat called Zelda (5)! She is an indoor cat, completely house trained and well behaved. She loves to play and is social, she’s always lived indoors and never caused any issues. I’m sure she could also get on well with another cat:) (she’s spayed and with all of her vaccines up to date).
I’m interested in fashion and love dressing up and doing makeup:)
I enjoy gym, walks, listening to music and spending time with my friends. I like wholesome activities and cooking. I’m a social person but also enjoy my own company. I’m very clean and organised. I
