Looking to buddy up for 2bed flat

I'm looking to move to a pet friendly 2 bed flat with my cat and I'm looking for a flatmate. Ideally around canonmills/ bonnington/leith area. I can move anytime after giving the 28 days notice to my current accommodation. But the soon the better.

I work as a barista at a cafe so work hours are during the day and shifts change weekly. I am usually in the flat in the evenings apart from when I've got my hobbies. I'm usually out for yoga, running, bouldering, wild swimming, and occasionally going for hikes or camping. I'm queer and neurodivergent so that should be something my next flatmate would be okay with.

It would be nice to have a flatmate who would occasionally like to cook meals/have a meal/cuppa together or play boardgames/ps3 or watch a film but also has respect for personal down time. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy and would prefer to have a shared cleaning schedule that would work for the both of us. I have got a 2 yr old indoor cat called Floki, who is very friendly and will give you cuddles when she decides but generally loves following people around the flat.
