Looking for a double room in town

LET'S BUDDY UP AND FIND A WHOLE PLACE TOGETHER. Hi! My name is Sebastian, I'm a 25 year old hospitality worker, social media manager and songwriter. I am Italian - English and have been living in Manchester for two years now. I currently live in Salford Central but I'm looking to move into a new house that is close to the city centre: most preferably within in the area, in Deansgate/Castlefield, Hulme or Ancoats.. Budget is 600-700 excl. bills. I'm looking for a room or someone to find a place with anytime in September.
I care a lot about being responsible and mindful of spaces: I like to keep the house as clean as possible. I enjoy cooking and do it quite a lot, but I also spend time out at work or with friends. Living with me will be a perfect balance of socialising, sharing and caring for each other and having time and space for yourself!
I'm a creative and I really need a large double to fit my desk and guitars. (music won't be too loud or too late, promise.). I am really hoping to find someone with a similar mindset to mine, who is not just accepting to divide a space to make life more affordable but to actually make it nice to share a place.
