I'm looking for a fully furnished, double spare room in a clean, tidy, quiet, nonsmoking house. I would prefer to share with 1-2 people. I don't mind living with a landlord. My monthly budget £400-425 including all bills and NO or LOW deposit.
Locations:
Ideal locations: Harborne, Edgbaston, Moseley, areas with quick access to the city. You can expect me to be quiet, non intrusive, and respectful of your home. I'm also an experienced house sitter and pet lover with excellent references. I enjoy socialising, cooking, and the odd glass of wine and good conversation.
