Looking for a friendly house share

Hey.
I'm a 25-year-old professional who's been living in London for the last 3 years, and I'm looking for a friendly, clean and respectful house to call home.

I work full-time as a bartender at a restaurant in Queens way. My shifts are often in the evenings, but I'm very mindful when I get home and always keep noise to a minimum, so I won't be disturbing anyone after late finishes.

Outside of work, I train MMA in Bethnal Green several times a week, so I'm usually at work, at the gym or relaxing at home. I live a busy lifestyle and I'm looking for a home that's comfortable, friendly and drama-free rather than a party house.

I'm easy to get along with, clean up after myself, respect shared spaces and always pay my rent and bills on time. I'd love to live with people who enjoy a chat now and then but also respect each other's privacy.

Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere with good transport links to both Queensway and Bethnal Green. My budget is around £700-£900 per month, and I'm ready to move as soon as I find the right place.
