Hey! I'm Rhea, a 24-year-old professional looking for a place for the month of July while I move between addresses!
Location-wise, I would prefer somewhere close to the seafront in the city centre, Kemptown, or Hove, but open to further out in Brighton and Hove too. My current tenancy ends on 30th June and the new one begins at the beginning of August so I'm looking for somewhere I can stay just for a month!
A bit about me:
I love going on walks, and cafes and coffee are my absolute fave - so if you're up for occasional weekend cafe crawls then that's a bonus! I occasionally drink and love going to pubs/bars on weekday evenings or weekends, but do also like my quiet nights in: watching movies, playing board games - that sort of thing. Looking for someone who would hopefully like spending time together while also respecting each other's space.
The people around me would say I'm pretty clean and organised as a flatmate, and I love having long chats about interesting topics! I'm also very conscious of noise.
I work at the Royal Sussex County Hospital on a graduate scheme. I'm mostly in office 5 days a week from 9-5, probably working a few extra hours here there like late evenings. I occasionally like to WFH but this isn't very regular.
My budget is £850 per month to include bills, but I don't mind paying rent and utilities/council tax separately, so long as the total doesn't exceed around £850.
