Looking for self contained room-only areas stated

Looking for a self contained annex/space/garden. Interested in Music, Art, and all things creative! I am a Musician and cover & write my own songs which I earn from through social media, and I also earn different forms of income through doing this.

Ideally it would need to be a space where I am detached from everyone so I am free to play my acoustic and sing at suitable times without annoying anyone.
