Working Professional | Move in 1st September

Hi!

I’m Joseph, a 22-year-old graduate who’s about to start a full-time role in Fitzrovia, so I’m currently looking for a room to rent from 1st September for around 6 month.

A little about me—I’m friendly, respectful, tidy, and easy to get along with. I’ll be working full-time during the week, so I’m looking for a home that’s clean, relaxed, and peaceful. I’d love to live with other working professionals who enjoy a friendly atmosphere while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.

I’m hoping to find:

* 📍 A room within around 30–45 minutes of Warren Street/Fitzrovia
* 💷 A budget of up to £850 per month (including bills if possible)
* 🏡 A clean and well-maintained house or flat with considerate housemates

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring London, watching football, trying new cafés and restaurants, and spending time with friends. I’m excited to move into the city and make the most of this new chapter.
