Seeking Room

I am a self employed paralegal looking for a room to rent. [I have my own legal company so open to corporate/company tenancy]I am a clean and tidy person, that pays rent on time everytime. I do not personally smoke or have pets, but I am fully accepting towards others with these preferances. Ideally looking for a furnished room but this is not essential. Ideally looking for a double room but would be happy with a singe if price is right. My only ideals for a room would be space for cloths, tv/pc. Looking to move within a month.
