I’m Wills a 45 yr old professional

Tidy,
Quiet yet chatty,

Fully… ish house trained male.

I’m on the look out for a single or double part/furnished room or an annexe if you have one, with the additional bonus of an en suite, but it isn’t a priority.

Presently I’m temperately living in a HMO on the south east side

so I decided to move on to improve my sanity and family relationship

When it comes to family/household pets I be more comfortable with felines than with canines due to an incident I had and I do become anxious and worried around them.

Well! Enough of me rabbiting on now… I am available to move in as soon as the room is available. So… just send me an email and we could meet up for tiffin sometime. But, won’t be eating any cake as I’m intolerant to eggs, but hey, don’t let me stop yah.
