Looking for a room in South West London

Junior doctor looking for room in South London.

I’m Rob, I’m 31 and I’m originally from North Yorkshire. I have lived in Newcastle for ten years and then moved to London in 2023. Unfortunately my housemate is moving back to Leeds so I am at a loose end until I hopefully go travelling in the summer and then buy somewhere in South London later in the year.

Most of my friends live in South West London (Brixton, Tooting) so ideally looking in that area. I currently work at Lewisham so would also consider South East.

My budget is ideally around 800 because I’m saving up for travelling and buying a flat. Would ideally be somewhere along the Northern Line or near a train station for easy access to work and where my friends live.

I spend most evenings going to the gym / cooking / watching TV / eating out / going to the cinema. I often have plans at the weekend, especially over summer - either seeing friends in London or going back up North. I would possibly consider a Monday-Friday room although it wouldn’t be ideal.

I’m gay so a queer friendly household would be great 🏳️‍🌈
