I’m writing to express my interest in a property and to introduce myself. I receive Universal Credit, and the housing element is paid directly to the landlord each month through a Managed Payment Arrangement, providing guaranteed and consistent rent payments straight from Universal Credit, with no risk of late or missed payments. I live alone with my indoor cat. I do not smoke or drink, i take great pride in keeping the property extremely clean and well maintained. I work in professional cleaning and will be starting work in the summer, as this is when the work becomes busier. I am quiet, responsible, and respectful :)
